You are responsible for confirming that any products you purchase are legal to buy, possess, and use in your location. Panacea Labs currently ships within Canada only, and customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations.

All products sold by Panacea Labs are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic or clinical use, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, drugs, or medical devices.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing the products solely for legitimate research purposes, that you possess the qualifications and authorizations required to handle research compounds, and that you will use all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-Transfer. Payments must be received and confirmed before an order is processed. Card payments are handled securely through our payment processor, and we do not store full card details on our servers.

An order confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and the order is processed for dispatch.

Panacea Labs reserves the right to cancel any order before shipping due to payment issues, stock availability, incorrect order details, or compliance concerns.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Most orders ship within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

All orders ship within Canada only through Canada Post, with standard delivery estimated at 2–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Due to the specialized nature of our research-use products and cold-chain handling requirements, returns and refunds are limited. Do not send any product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a product issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, customer name, shipping address, clear photos/video of the product and packaging, and a photo of the order confirmation slip.

Information provided on our website is for general informational and research-related purposes only. Nothing on this website should be considered medical advice, pharmaceutical advice, health guidance, or a treatment recommendation.
