Each vial is formulated with 5mg of CJC-1295 NO DAC and 5mg of Ipamorelin in a precise 1:1 ratio.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a short-acting growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog with a commonly cited half-life of around 30 minutes, making it suitable for research into pulsatile growth hormone (GH) release. Unlike the longer-acting DAC form, it is studied for its ability to more closely reflect natural patterns of GH secretion and endocrine activity.
Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) and ghrelin receptor agonist that promotes GH release with relatively limited effects on cortisol and prolactin. It is studied for its potential influence on muscle development, recovery, metabolism, body composition, and healthy aging.
When combined, CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin act through complementary pathways to stimulate GH release, making the pairing of interest in research involving GH signalling, IGF-1 activity, recovery, metabolic function, and hormonal balance.
Unopened lyophilized vials should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light, moisture, and excessive heat. Refrigeration may be used where appropriate to help maintain product quality.
After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, the solution should be refrigerated at 2–4 °C (36–39 °F). protect the product from direct light and minimize unnecessary temperature fluctuations to help maintain optimal quality and stability.
